This website provides information about Dr. P.R. Ray Memorial Lions Eye Hospital and a way to contact us or book an appointment through external tools. It is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

No patient or medical data on this site

This website does not collect, store, or process any patient health information. There is no patient login, no medical records, and no booking form that captures clinical details on the site itself.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregate, anonymous information (such as page views) to help us understand how the site is used. This data is processed by Cloudflare.

Booking and messaging tools

When you choose to book, you may be taken to external services:

• WhatsApp (operated by Meta) — if you message us, your communication is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• Google Calendar appointment scheduling — if you book online, your details are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.

These providers may process data on servers outside India. We use them only to receive your appointment request; please review their privacy policies for details.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we collect the name and the phone number or email and the message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are handled via Netlify Forms. Please do not submit medical or patient information through the form.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
