A community eye hospital in Kaliyaganj, serving Uttar Dinajpur and the surrounding districts.
Our story
Good eye care shouldn't mean a long, costly journey. Dr. P.R. Ray Memorial Lions Eye Hospital was created to bring it closer to home — so that families across Kaliyaganj and Uttar Dinajpur can have their eyes cared for without travelling to distant cities.
The hospital runs as a unit of the Lions Club of Kaliyaganj and Lumiva Health LLP, carrying forward the Lions' long tradition of community service. It is named in memory of Dr. P.R. Ray.
Today, care is led by consultant eye surgeons you can meet in person, supported by on-site diagnostics and an optical shop. We see patients from every background — and treat each of them with the same attention, patience and respect.
