Eye Camps

Not everyone can easily travel to the hospital. Our eye camps bring basic eye checks into the community — so more people can have their eyes looked at, find out whether they need treatment, and get help to take the next step.

What happens at a camp

• A basic check of vision and eye health
• Screening for common problems — such as cataract, diabetic eye changes, and the need for glasses
• Plain advice on what we find and what to do next
• Help arranging a hospital visit, where it is needed

Who they're for

Anyone in the community — and especially elderly people, people living with diabetes, and those who find it hard to travel for an eye check.
